Courtney is a CO native. She grew up participating in a variety of athletic sports which shaped her love for anatomy and movement. Later in life she started yoga, running, and personal training which provided further knowledge. She attended Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2015, Denver Underground Yoga YTT in 2014, and has her personal training certificate with NASM. She continuously seeks out new knowledge and is always growing her mindset.

With over 15yrs of experience Courtney has worked with many different bodies. She’s developed an intuitive, effective approach to helping you feel the best in your body. Correcting posture, increasing circulation and strength, and providing stress relief to her clients is her passion.
